When our body hails we tend to want to receive the best care, thus we go in search for various interventions, ranging from therapies to doctors.

When we want our bodies to look well, we eat healthily, dress to kill and exercise to keep in shape.

When we feel stressed, we go shopping, to the movies, seeking trivial pursuits to feel good temporarily.

It is well and good to do all of this, but most of us forget the most integral part of this life. "The spiritual one".

We should all find the best interventions, to guide the core of our being. To awaken that which lies within each and every one of us.

I personally always, in all ways had the best intervention through this journey. The teacher/Guru which made the worst trials seem like minuscule scrapes.

With him I have learnt to forget me not the "spiritual being", the ultimate.

I am thankful! nn

Love Everyone, Serve Everyone

To love and serve is to worship the God in the heart of everyone, by serving them in actions filled with selfless love.

Love is the solvent for the hardest of hearts. Without love, free, full and selfless, love and serve all will be unsuccessful. Let love be ever translated into service, into beneficial acts, sweet words of consolation, comfort, and courage, and thoughts of sympathy and compassion.
It is this pure heart uncontaminated by conceit, greed , envy , hatred, is the unlimited, boundless spring of selfless giving.

The first prerequisite for love and serve is the spirit of sacrifice. This can be developed only through love. The person filled with love is ready to make any sacrifice.
Through self sacrifice you will come to know your true nature, which is thus goodness. This goodness will, in turn confer purity upon you. Once you have purity, there will be unity. And once you have unity, you can reach Divinity, which is verily within you.
With each act of love and service, you are recognizing your true reality. With each act of hate and grab, you are moving farther and farther away from this truth. The ideal of service must inspire others. Serve the others and in turn they will serve you. Exploit it and it will exterminate you.

Put an end to laziness; bury your clamorous ego, bury the greed for power and pelf; then you have the qualifications needed for loving and serving.
The mind soaked in love can confer peace, joy, and wisdom, among humanity by love all, serve all. This is sheer humaneness, your true reality.

O' Mighty Universe, Thee Mighty Craftsman.

O' Mighty Universe,

Thee Mighty Craftsman.

You are indeed the finest craftsman.

You know the exact method for bringing out the best shine in everyone of us.

You have the skill to chip away, molding us into good humans, directing us to our final destination.

Throwing trials our way, you guide us through our meandering among-st these trials.

You give us the energy to have the will power to learn from this manipulation and to attain the ultimate  goal of awakening.

All you ask of us is our hearts door to be open and to envelop these trials as the best gift possible.

To realize that the more trials the better the learning, thus, the faster the approach to the ultimate awakening.

Which is ultimately knowing our true self. We attain this goal from these great lessons, seemingly the most painful trials.

If the universe allowed mankind to sit on a bed of rose petals, man would be asleep all through his journey. Thus, the thorns, to keep him alert and learning.

Remember that there is always calm after the storm. Even the rose blooms after the thorns.

So all things beautiful comes after....Keep embracing those lessons in the form of trials.

For this is the gift that can help mankind to reach his full capacity and attain his goal.

If only he realizes his great gift and not see it as his burdens.

Tried And Tested,

You have the choice to step right out there and be engulfed by the power of illusion,

Light up your life with love, peace and total contentment.

 My Method Of Mix It And Fix it. Combining Spirituality And Psychology

Negative impacts can be minimized. So many of them come our way. So do take heed.

How can I ask, why did you do this to me.

I should ask, why did I allow this to be done to me.

We are individuals and the onus is upon us to say yes or no.

We must feel self love, then all will be fine, place your emotions and your holistic care first and foremost.

Empathy is good, but do not get easily swayed by others. For in today's world there is a lot of use and abuse that we should consider, ponder upon and disregard very quickly or else you will find yourself a door mat which will be soon threadbare.

So do find  that moment to ponder upon those things which are negative and are approaching you at a very high speed. Don't take too long, just be still and listen to your inner voice. And you  will know and you will know.

It's simple if you can give your instinct the time of the day.

Mother's Love

Her shoes are impossible to fit into.

Her steps I could never follow.

I thought I'd grow into those shoes,

Or walk in her footsteps.

No matter how much I grew,

Or how hard I tried to walk in her footsteps,

I could not fit into her shoes,

Nor follow in her footsteps.

So here I am walking beside her in my own shoes and own steps,

With an abundance of Mother's Love guiding my every step.

JOY is a deceptive trap.

Grief is the real preceptor,

teaching caution, circumspection, discrimination, detachment, awareness and vigilance.

The blows of loss, grief and distress toughens and hardens us, shaping us into a divine mould, the ultimate beautiful life of goodness.

This  grief is not merciless that it is made out to be. It is your friend and companion, the teacher, the kindly kinsman. One which holds you within its folds, guiding you through life.
